About Us - The Rivendell Story

Rivendell Shop was established in Westfield Manukau over 40 years ago in 1976, as one of the founding shops in the mall.

Since then, we have been providing a huge variety of spiritual and precious new age gifts along with excellent customer service.

Most importantly, we like to make sure each experience you have with Rivendell is a magical one, whether online or in-store. We love bringing peace and serenity to you, and hope you get to taste a little serenity in your life with us. 

Our product range includes Crystals, Gemstone Jewellery, Greenstone, Incense, Copper Bracelets, Tarot Cards, and a great range of ornaments.

The Team

Our owner, Nagy, is an Egyptian-Kiwi, and a seasoned expert with over 20 years of experience sourcing the finest products from all across the world to bring a sense of delight within Rivendell. 

In-store, you'll find the lovely girls, Jess, Shanice, Shanna and Alexandra - each of whom have an abundance of knowledge on all things Rivendell. 

The online store was set-up in 2015 by Nagy's son, Mark, but really stepped up a gear once his then-fiancee, now his wife, Amy, got involved. 

Mark  brings the tech skills to make sure your web experience goes smoothly, while Amy  enchants you into our magical online world with her artistic flair, bringing her beautiful designs and photography to you.
