New Zealand delivery

NZ Post courier delivery is NZ$7.90 for orders up to 5kg. Heavy orders over 5kg and up to 20kg cost NZ$14.90. These rates include rural addresses. For an order over 20kg, contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery.

Free nationwide shipping on orders over NZ$99 after discounts, including GST. Your final delivery options and total appear at checkout.

Check the dispatch and delivery estimate on each product page. North Island courier delivery is usually overnight after dispatch; South Island delivery usually takes two working days. Rural deliveries can take longer. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Warehouse orders placed before 12pm New Zealand time on a working day are normally processed for dispatch that day. Weekend orders are normally processed on Monday, excluding public holidays.

Returns and exchanges

Unused eligible items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Jewellery has hygiene exclusions for change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items follow our separate remedy process.
