Love the Crystal unfortunately there were small fragments chipping off the bottom when she opened it from the bubble wrap.

Very poorly made, the cuts of the base are just rubbish, there was glue all over mine, a couple of the gems had alllready fallen off. The coil was coming apart. Just extremely poor quality all round and very very small not worth your money at all, I have tried multiple times to contact support to send back for a refund with no luck. Over all very disappointed and will not be recommending this site to anyone
