I am disappointed in the Labrodorite stone in the ring. While I understand Labradorite has multiple colours in it, I expected something a little darker than the pale yellow stone in the ring - more like the one on the website. The ring itself is as expected.
Originally got sent the wrong size but was very easy to replace and the staff at the store were very helpful and apologetic, love the bracelet and ended up buying two more in store.
I sent you a picture of this not happy with them Sorry not the colour I wanted.
Time of delivery was prompt, price is reasonable, bracelet has grown on me, had expected the green to be darker and XL bigger but I love it and I will be purchasing again once size in bangle comes available thank you 🙏
I have been waiting for a long time to purchase this product and finally placed an order. Was disappointed when the package arrived, it wasn't even the Kama Reed diffuser, but another diffuser that wasn't even pleasant to smell. Emailed the company twice, (no response from my 1st email), still waiting to hear back on how to send the unwanted item back and when I can expect the arrival of the right item. Today I received this form to fill out, I was not impressed! I would have loved to have left a 5 star rating, may be after I received what I paid for...

I was expecting a rose quartz crystal to look like the ones pictured on your website. I did send you an email several days ago asking if I could exchange it, but I’ve had no reply to the email. This was the crystal I received, which looks more like a slab of stone.

It's a nice bracelet. I like it. It's not as clear as the chip clear quartz on their website but trust this is equally good.
The ring is well made and exactly as described.
I ordered a small size (16 mm). My usual ring size is 5–5.5, but this one is still too big for my finger. I even tried it on all my fingers, but it didn’t fit snugly.
I’m looking forward to seeing more copper ring options in the future, hopefully in smaller sizes.

Thanks Rivendell, My new Tarot deck arrived right when you said it would. very grateful to the Ladies in the store as well for all their help with securing the last one you had in stock. I have been using the Gilded Tarot Royal deck for around five years and so was especially sad when it decided that it had had enough. Very glad to be back in business with the same wonderful deck.
