Citrine Diamond Cut Oval 925 Sterling Silver Ring

Ordered size 8 at the beginning, but unfortunately it was too large, so I rent it back for replacement size 7. The customer service was great at this stage. However, the replacement ring wasn't of the same quality, the stone setting was much rougher and the band was dull. The workmanship wasn't of the same standard as size 8. They offered me a discount, but I didn't want the replacement ring and sent it back for a full refund. Unfortunately, it's been over a week since they received the ring (by tracked courier) and I haven't heard back about my refund despite reaching out to the customer service several times. Fingers crossed, I will see my refund soon, as it's quite a bit of money for me! I bought a pair of earrings with the initial order - no complaints about them, I really like them.

MUCH smaller in size than I expected. I suggest photos to be taken showing comparison size as photos were very deceiving. Lovely setting. Fast shipping. Would have expected a little more for the price.

This ring is gorgeous! The size 8 fits on my middle finger. The faceted stone sparkles beautifully. I am super happy.
