My tourmaline that arrived (very quickly, thank you A+!) Is a lot shorter than in the picture, it's square, rather than a rectangle, so I'm disappointed about that, I feel the whole aesthetic is off. I also don't like receiving spam emails. And Rivendell you send FAR TOO MUCH SPAM and don't offer the unsubscribe button which I believe is actually illegal... That's the only reason I'm reviewing the necklace at all. So.... cheers. No more emails pls.

Extremely fast delivery (thank you) packaged well. Beautiful necklace and great quality. A little disappointed on the size of the stone itself as it appears bigger in the pic - BUT as soon as the team here were aware I wasn’t 100% satisfied they reached out to rectify the situation. Amazing service and everything else I received met or exceeded expectations!
