Black Tourmaline Pendant

My tourmaline that arrived (very quickly, thank you A+!) Is a lot shorter than in the picture, it's square, rather than a rectangle, so I'm disappointed about that, I feel the whole aesthetic is off. I also don't like receiving spam emails. And Rivendell you send FAR TOO MUCH SPAM and don't offer the unsubscribe button which I believe is actually illegal... That's the only reason I'm reviewing the necklace at all. So.... cheers. No more emails pls.

A little disappointed on the size of the stone itself as it appears bigger in the pic - BUT as soon as the team here were aware I wasn’t 100% satisfied they reached out to rectify the situation.
