Kind of disappointed

The crystal I ordered is super tiny for $50. It’s approx 2cm.
I was given an option to chose a ‘free’ gift on check out as I had spent a certain amount, but this wasn’t included in my parcel for some reason.
Don’t think I’ll order from here again.
