The pendant keeps falling out, I also had a rose quartz but the pendant had fallen off somewhere and I still haven’t found it. Other than that, I absolutely love my clear quartz and I hope I don’t lose this pendant

Don't go anywhere near this product. It is meant to be real quartz but cracked and deformed under heat. Yes I am that untrusting...and for good reason when I'm being scammed. They have also never replied to emails.
Loved it put on, wore around home.
Next time I looked 10 mins later crystal gone.
If I find it how do I make it stay in?
