Manaia Large Bone Pendant with Paua

First the good news: this was bought remotely as a birthday gift and the recipient liked it - "a nice piece". Unfortunately, despite ticking boxes for gift wrap and gift card, leaving a message and clicking the "Save" button, this was not carried through into the order so it arrived without the gift wrap etc. That's disappointing. Immediately after confirming the order on the 22May I sent an email to customer service ([****]) noting the ommission and asking if this could be added before despatch and offering to pay separately for that service. It wasn't. And as of today, June 2nd there has not been a reply of any kind to acknowledge my email. The fairies need to get their digital act together.
