I have received the wrong item and I have reached out several times on multiple platforms and still haven’t heard back anything but before it arrived I got a reply in less then a day. What has happened? The lamp is beautiful but the colours just do not fit my room therefore the reason I got the blue could you please try and make this right or I will be going to the authorities

Love the Violet Oval Turkish Mosaic Lamp. It was a present for a friend, they were thrilled with it.
Absolutely stunning
Looks great, easy to put together, wish it lit up purple but it has a slight green hue and the purple basically disappears when its lit.
